LabyChecker only collects data that is necessary to provide account verification, role synchronization, and server management features:

• Discord User Data: Your unique Discord User ID (`discord_id`) when you initiate account linking via `/link`.
• Minecraft Account Data: Your Minecraft Username (`minecraft_username`) and Minecraft Unique Identifier (`minecraft_uuid`) resolved via official Mojang APIs.
• Server Configuration Data: Discord Guild IDs (`guild_id`), auto-nickname preferences (`auto_ign`), auto-role preferences (`auto_linked_role`), assigned role IDs (`linked_role_id`), and auto server info preferences (`auto_server_info`).

2. How We Use Your Information

The collected data is exclusively used to operate and deliver LabyChecker's features:

• To verify ownership of Minecraft accounts via official laby.net social profile connections.
• To automatically update member nicknames to their verified Minecraft IGN in Discord servers where auto_ign is enabled.
• To automatically grant verified member roles in Discord servers where auto_linked_role is enabled.
• To unfurl Minecraft server status and player graphs in channels where auto_server_info is enabled.

3. Data Storage and Security

All account linking and server configuration data is stored in a secure MySQL database (`Laby`). We implement strict security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. We do not store Discord passwords, IP addresses, or private messages.

4. Third-Party APIs & Services

To provide accurate profile lookups and verification, LabyChecker interacts with the following external services:

• Mojang API: Used to resolve Minecraft usernames to official UUIDs.
• Laby.net API: Used to query public profile socials, cosmetics, badges, and verification entries.
• Public Minecraft Server APIs: Used to fetch public server status, MOTDs, and player statistics.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

Your linked account data is retained for as long as your link remains active. If you wish to unlink your account or request the complete removal of your data from our database:

• Re-linking or unlinking your profile via `/link` updates or overwrites your entry.
• You may contact our support team on our official Support Discord Server to request immediate manual deletion of your stored data.
