By inviting, adding, or using the LabyChecker Discord bot ("bot", "service") in any Discord server or direct message, you ("user", "administrator") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or invite the bot.
LabyChecker provides Minecraft account verification, laby.net social account linking, automated Discord server nickname synchronization, auto-role assignments, Minecraft server info unfurling, and multi-network last seen lookups.
When using LabyChecker, you agree that you will NOT:

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero latency, or error-free operation. We depend on third-party APIs (including Mojang, laby.net, and public Minecraft server networks) which may experience independent downtime.
In no event shall the developers or maintainers of LabyChecker be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the bot, including but not limited to loss of server configuration, third-party API changes, or Discord permission issues.
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate bot access to any user or Discord server that violates these Terms of Service, engages in abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service.
